History

The owner graduated the New York School Of Dog Grooming in 1992. Since then he has worked in every conceivable dog grooming venue: pet salons, veterinarian's offices, mobile grooming vans, and in pet owners homes. Over the years the company has grown and we only the hire the most experienced, creative pet stylists, to make sure your pet is in the very best hands.

A Word About Matted Dogs

When a dog is matted, it can be very painful and dangerous for the dog.  Mats may be difficult to remove and may require your pet to be shaved.  Removing a heavily matted coat can cause nicks, cuts, or abrasions.   Heavy matting can also trap moisture and urine near your pets skin allowing mold, fungus or bacteria to grow and/or revealing skin irritations that existed prior to the grooming process.  After affects of mat removal can include itchiness, redness, self-inflicted irritations or abrasions, and failure of hair to regrow.  In some cases, pets may also exhibit brief behavioral changes.  Please do not let your animal get to this point.  A regular grooming schedule will help avoid this.
